Epirus

Winning her heart
Defined quite nicely
The meaning of
Pyrrhic victory
Oh Epirus how I can

Crab-like Through the Wasteland

I get my kicks by
Throwing bricks
Into the shop windows
Of your mind
I use sly tricks to
Catch your eye
Looking slick
And dancing sideways
Crab-like
Through
The wasteland
That is your soul
It is you however child
With control
Your body is an oasis
And perfect flawless
As is your mouth and your eyes
These which I dance through
Crab-like
To find the

Pity We

Pity we
Those of us
Who are
Enslaved
Undone
Lost
To the figures of
Beauty
Pity us
Shake your heads
In all your wisdom
But in those
Shining moments
When we touch
The figures of light
Heaven is unleashed
Such shining moments are
Equal
To a lifetime of
Despair
Pity we the lost
Pity us
The fools
Shake your head
And smile that
You are not
Considered
Among us

Father and Son

'Papa, please don't let the pain end.'
'That is what we call love son. At least we have the jazz music.'
'Yes, Papa, it soothes. And the dancing girls and cocaine aren't bad either.'
(pause)
'Papa, our life is pretty good, isn't it?'
'Shut up my Son.'
