Fault Line Heartline
Hardline
There is a
Fault line
Hardwire heartline
I need me
Give me some
Down time
Give me some
Remedy for all
What ails
Fault line heartline
Gimme gimme some
Down time
Gotta getta
Gotta get away
Got to run and
Find me some
Remedy to this
Hard line
Salvation some
Remedial respite
From the
Hardline fault line
From the from the
Heartlines burning
Fault lines cracking
Gouging turning
Gimme a different kinda
Kind of
Down time
Need me a direct line
To those selfsame
Fault lines
Give me some
Remedial respite
To my
Hardline heartlines
There is a
Fault line
Hardwire heartline
I need me
Give me some
Down time
Give me some
Remedy for all
What ails
Fault line heartline
Gimme gimme some
Down time
Gotta getta
Gotta get away
Got to run and
Find me some
Remedy to this
Hard line
Salvation some
Remedial respite
From the
Hardline fault line
From the from the
Heartlines burning
Fault lines cracking
Gouging turning
Gimme a different kinda
Kind of
Down time
Need me a direct line
To those selfsame
Fault lines
Give me some
Remedial respite
To my
Hardline heartlines

Toil Away
Toil away
And work and linger
Let me see your grace
Let me look you in the eyes
and wipe the sweat upon your
brow
The tear in your eye
While you toil away
I shall linger
On the shape of your waist
On the tip of your tongue
Linger whilst you
Toil away
In the garden of
My mind
Toil away in the
Windswept vista
Of my heart
And I shall linger
While you stare and
Toil away
And work and linger
Let me see your grace
Let me look you in the eyes
and wipe the sweat upon your
brow
The tear in your eye
While you toil away
I shall linger
On the shape of your waist
On the tip of your tongue
Linger whilst you
Toil away
In the garden of
My mind
Toil away in the
Windswept vista
Of my heart
And I shall linger
While you stare and
Toil away

I Caught a Knife
I caught a knife in the
Caught a knife in the heart
One grey winter day
Reading a winding scrawl
She'd written with a nail
On the
On the
Hardwood
Hardwood floors
It said she was gone
Never to return
She'd written with a nail
On the god damn
Hardwood floors
The nail remained
An exclamation
On a grey winter day
Wrote that
I'd never see her no more
I like those god damned
Hardwood floors
The wood is imported
Caught a knife in the heart
One grey winter day
Reading a winding scrawl
She'd written with a nail
On the
On the
Hardwood
Hardwood floors
It said she was gone
Never to return
She'd written with a nail
On the god damn
Hardwood floors
The nail remained
An exclamation
On a grey winter day
Wrote that
I'd never see her no more
I like those god damned
Hardwood floors
The wood is imported

A Certain Shade of Green
Your drool is a certain
Shade of green
It makes your thin lips seem
A little more
Vulnerable
And has a lovely sheen
Which is deceiving
And wrong leaning
As you are composed mainly
Of iron and stone
Your eyes all crazed and full of light
Intensely beamed and burning bright
A certain shade of green
Covers your skin like armour
A verdigris
Your legs are long for running
Your arms impossible to resist
Or disentangle
Your eyes undeniable
Your heart irrefutable
Clench your fists up and
Let me hold you tight
Bathing in your sheen
A certain shade of green
Wrong leaning
And deceiving
I am left
Vulnerable
To eyes all crazy and
Full of light
Wrong leaning and
Deceiving
A certain shade of
Green
Shade of green
It makes your thin lips seem
A little more
Vulnerable
And has a lovely sheen
Which is deceiving
And wrong leaning
As you are composed mainly
Of iron and stone
Your eyes all crazed and full of light
Intensely beamed and burning bright
A certain shade of green
Covers your skin like armour
A verdigris
Your legs are long for running
Your arms impossible to resist
Or disentangle
Your eyes undeniable
Your heart irrefutable
Clench your fists up and
Let me hold you tight
Bathing in your sheen

Full of light

Deceiving
A certain shade of
Green
