He was...
Conceived during
A hurricane
Baptized in
Volcano's fire
A shout to rouse
The damned
A glance to destroy
The saved
A grin to seduce
The pure
A voice to make
Hearts beat unsteady
He was the greatest clerk
The grocer had ever
Seen
A hurricane
Baptized in
Volcano's fire
A shout to rouse
The damned
A glance to destroy
The saved
A grin to seduce
The pure
A voice to make
Hearts beat unsteady
He was the greatest clerk
The grocer had ever
Seen

Looks Like
Looks like
What your soul
Looks like
On the inside:
A penny worn smooth
A knife dulled
By pills
A grain of sand
Perfectly alike
And different
To me
To you
To they
Looks like
What your soul
Looks like:
Broken glass
Flooded plains
Burning flames
Looks like
What your heart
Looks like:
Full of beatings
Full of flesh
Full of life
Looks like
What your soul
Looks like
On the inside:
A penny worn smooth
A knife dulled
By pills
A grain of sand
Perfectly alike
And different
To me
To you
To they
Looks like
What your soul
Looks like:
Broken glass
Flooded plains
Burning flames
Looks like
What your heart
Looks like:
Full of beatings
Full of flesh
Full of life

When a Trickle Becomes
When a trickle becomes
A roar
And you no longer hear
The laughter
And you no longer court
Disaster
But eagerly seek
Not that which came before but
The here and after
Seek also
A friend amongst the
Wolves
Which run and howl
An ally or one who can
Comprehend
Your sorrow, loss and pain
Squinting look straight
At the sun
And with those wolves now run
Do not hesitate or falter
Until and only when
The roar becomes
A trickle
A roar
And you no longer hear
The laughter
And you no longer court
Disaster
But eagerly seek
Not that which came before but
The here and after
Seek also
A friend amongst the
Wolves
Which run and howl
An ally or one who can
Comprehend
Your sorrow, loss and pain
Squinting look straight
At the sun
And with those wolves now run
Do not hesitate or falter
Until and only when
The roar becomes
A trickle
